EnCentered™ is owned and operated by Epiphany Elearning, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or subscribing to EnCentered™, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service

EnCentered™ is an educational, self-guided audio platform designed to support nervous system awareness, personal regulation, and applied integration through structured audio sessions.

EnCentered™ is:

  • Educational in nature

  • Not therapy

  • Not medical treatment

  • Not psychological counseling

  • Not a substitute for professional care

Participation is voluntary and self-directed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

By using this platform, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter into this agreement.

  • You understand the educational nature of the content.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

EnCentered™ operates on a recurring subscription model.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Billing is processed through Stripe.

  • Access is delivered via Soundwise.

  • You may cancel at any time.

  • Access remains active through the end of the billing period.

Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.

  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.

  • Failure to use the platform does not constitute grounds for refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All EnCentered™ content, including but not limited to:

  • Audio sessions

  • Scripts

  • Written materials

  • Binaural versions

  • Pathways and structured routing systems

are the intellectual property of Epiphany Elearning, LLC.

  • Redistribute

  • Share login credentials

  • Publicly broadcast

  • Upload to third-party platforms

Commercial use requires an active Professional License.

6. Professional Use

Professional-tier access allows client referral usage.

Professional License grants limited commercial integration rights as described in that tier.

Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

7. Binaural Audio Notice

Some sessions include optional binaural frequency layering.

You acknowledge:

  • Use of binaural audio is voluntary.

  • You are responsible for determining whether binaural audio is appropriate for you.

  • If you have epilepsy, neurological conditions, or audio sensitivity, consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EnCentered™ is provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.

We do not guarantee outcomes related to:

  • Emotional change

  • Behavioral change

  • Sleep improvement

  • Nervous system regulation

Results vary by individual.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Epiphany Elearning, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of EnCentered™.

10. Governing Law
