VP of Marketing and Business Manager
Devon Patton oversees all business operations for Epiphany ELearning, LLC, bringing extensive experience in organizational growth, team management, and strategic operations. Devon also owns Brightside Branding LLC, which demonstrates her background in business and financial management and marketing excellence. Devon is a results-driven professional with the expertise and solid background in interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and task management. Devon has successfully managed $100,000++ annual budgets and accounting, streamlined cost-saving internal and external processes for increased effectiveness and efficiency, and led cohesive teams in high-pressure environments towards success. Passionate about contributing to organizational growth, Devon is committed to achieving both personal and corporate goals. She truly exemplifies the heart of Epiphany Elearning’s core belief of the importance of caring in our learning process and products.
Connie Kozak, Ed.D., Founder and CEO
Mastermind of EnCentered™ (Creator, Designer, Developer, and Voice), Connie Kozak, Ed.D. brings over 15 years of experience in instructional systems design and training program management. She holds a BS in Multimedia Writing and Technical Communication, an MS in Educational Technology, and a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Instructional Systems Technology and Learning Sciences from Indiana University Bloomington. Connie has worked with the US Department of Defense (Army, Air Force, and Security Service) for over 14 years as a senior instructional designer, Director of Distance Learning, and Headquarters/Chief of Staff Training Branch Chief at Ramstein AB, Germany. Dr. Kozak contributes to the creative effort with course development and subject-matter expertise, while Ms. Patton manages all business aspects of Epiphany ELearning LLC (financial, marketing, and operational decisions) as the Business Manager.
Anthony Phelan, Ed.D. Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner
COO and Co-Owner,
Anthony C Phelan, Ed.D. brings over 30 years of experience in workplace instructional systems and training program management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, a Master’s in International and Comparative Education, and a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana University Bloomington. He was VP of two small high-tech companies providing for airline ground pilot training and military aviation training systems, whilst providing a firm structural basis in designing for complex training systems in consideration of how one learns within an electronic environment.

Epiphany ELearning, LLC was established as a legal entity in August of 2011 in the State of Arizona.
