Where Instructional Systems Design (ISD) intersects with Real-World Problem Solving.
ISD Ready bridges the gap between formal models and the reality of how training gets requested, scoped, and pushed forward, often without any real analysis. And that’s where treating instructional design as a problem-solving discipline rather than a process-following discipline becomes transformative. It not only empowers designers. It helps leadership understand the value of giving ISDs space to do their jobs well.
In this course, you will come away not just knowing what to do, but how to think and how to respond when the ground shifts beneath you — which it always does in this field.

When it comes to learning, my focus has always been on the learner. How do you learn best? How do you experience learning? How can online courses be designed to make learning an experience? The kind that you’ll remember?
In my work, no matter the role, I’ve always started from the learner’s perspective. I focused on making learning easier to access, helping learners process information as effectively as possible, and creating connections to enable learning through meaningful context.
In the courses I've designed here at Epiphany Elearning, I am deeply invested in your success.
Why? Because if you succeed in any area of your life because of what you've learned in the courses I've created, I succeed. It is as simple as that.
I am building courses that provide the guidance I wish I had, and now want to provide for you. What I'm creating could have changed my life when I experienced things like moving to France from the United States, working in toxic environments that affected me far more deeply than I could have imagined, or navigating the instructional design world with degrees in hand, but no experience to even know what to ask, or when. I am contributing my experiences, much like mentoring, to the facts and information that exists, to overlay the context of what it feels like,....transitioning from knowing to know how.
I am building what I wish I had, making a calculated bet (and hope) that these might have meaning for you if you're in the midst of any of these situations. I hope these courses will bring calm,...and peace of mind because you will have clarity that instills a confidence that says: I've got this!
